Sheou, Lady's, Spheres and face-down Tyding. The first three are easily achievable if you open a maid and Sublimation/Evaporation, and you can search Tyding if you open with Hospitality which most decklists have been running at 3. From there you use Lady's to fuse either Filia Regis or Light and Darkness Dragonlord.

Personally, I've been finding Dragonlord really annoying to use since it chainblocks your opponent's effects event after exhausting its negates, so you need Spheres or Tyding to get rid of it as soon as possible. I've been considering removing it from my deck.

How does the new Sneed work with Crystrons exactly? You special it which specials Quandax and during your opponent's turn you tag out to get 3 tokens and synchro into something right? This allows these decks to run multiple one card combo engines and/or anywhere from 15 to over twenty handtraps. The de facto going second deck OTKs off one card during the damage step because its broken field spell prevents all interaction during main phase 1. Exodia is now a stun deck now. It doesn't win by drawing all five pieces anymore. Maxx C is being BUFFED in the new banlist update.

Droll got hit because of retarded decks like Maliss and Orcust that were unaffected by it but could use it to shut down every other relevant deck. It's the same logic as limiting Shifter, it was run whenever it was completely one-sided or as a hail mary to save you from an FTK.
Called was limited because of the obvious, it's not once per turn. The original logic was Called affected both players equally, if you hit a roach or ash you couldn't use it on your turn against the opponent. But now with varied handtraps called is starting to become very one sided, you simply call the one handtrap you don't have in hand.

Konami actually wants players to play through roach. If you do that, you get a high interaction game where the player 2 most likely wins. This is what all the troontubers beg for. I think that's just regular Lee the World Chalice Fairy but shown in a close up cross-section of sorts. She was never a 'real' fairy in the first place, but rather some kind of mechanical simulation. We thought it was holograms for the longest time because of the floaty things that show up around her, and maybe that's still right but I think that Neverending Nightmare Absorber could be another reasonable explanation as to how fairy Lee works.
I don't believe it's post world reassembly due to how the story events went down in the World Gears, described in the posts above. Still, given how little we know of how things have been going in the new world there's no ruling it out with certainty.

That's indeed Girsu and Galatea post world reassembly, but before the new Orcust support, so before Girsu upgraded his body and before the stars granted Galatea a new vessel. Girsu was tasked with being the guardian of the new world, and defending it and his sister by extension from any threats. That's what Vesper Girsu shows us. What these threats are or could be, we haven't been told explicitly but the card's art would imply that there are monsters roaming around and stuff, and that's what he's fighting against.
I do not think these are Guardragons because they were the embodiments of the World Legacies (or rather, the World Legacies were dormant artifacts containing the Guardragons' power leftover from the previous world's creation), and as far as I know (and I could be mistaken on this one), the only surviving World Legacy in the new world is the World Key, which is in Ib's posession.

Regardless, many people who bother to play Yugioh in a competitive sense would say that if you're going second and you don't open anything to interact with your opponent who is going first, it may as well be a non-game unless you're playing a dedicated go second deck. Mostly somewhat incorrect post, the forced-meta decks are still wildly overperforming at all times in every format when compared to non-forced meta decks. Yummy shits out a full board off of anything and bridges generic support like nobody's business, it doesn't magically stop happening because le paper format. Side decks just allow you to cancerously side against konami's forced meta deck which skews tournament results, it doesn't actually mean a better balance.

Maliss is kind of a shit deck in paper because bo3 allows you to always side in silver bullets to kill it. The deck cannot end on half boards so it is extremely vulnerable to blow outs.
In bo1, it is a nightmare to face against, sort of like facing Runick. The very specific hate is bad against everything else minus Crystron, meanwhile Maliss can easily run hard counters its main competitor in Ryzeal.

The typical yugioh card is far more restrained compared to like the average Cardfight Vanguard card, or Shadowverse. But Yugioh doesn't even maintain a consistent artstyle at all aside from being like, anime/manga inspired given that it comes from a manga.
I'd argue that's even true compared to Pokemon cards given how Yugioh has autistically refused to give up on its traditional card layout and keeps the art to the art. Though that seems to be about to change, but we'll see how the execute it and how common it becomes.
