I used the Playable NPCs mod. But the Therese model in there was set up for a different clan (Tremere maybe, I don't remember and I'm on mobile so can't check right now) other than Ventrue. Just had to move to the Ventrue player char folder and rename the files to Ventrue model also.

It's been a long time but if I remember correctly, the Nosferatu antediluvian was extremely good looking and proud of it. He had 2 bloodlines, the Nosferatu and the Nuctuku. When he killed his sire, the second generation vampire, Caine got mad and turned him into an ugly, smelly abomination.

So, now the Nosferatu antidiluvian believes that if he kills all his Nosferatu children, he can gain Caines favor and become beautiful again.

For this, he used his original and first bloodline - the nictuku. They are basically assassins and have their own curse (they visibly age and become really creepy and ugly looking after a few hundred years or so). And at the top is Vasilisa, who is like 14000 years old, got turned as a child because it was sentenced to death for killing someone.

The oldest Nosferatu was baba yaga. it's based on some Russian fairy tale - baba yaga VS Vasilisa. But in this case, Vasilisa is the monster. She clowned on baba yaga and killed her.

I Need Help

It’s been a while since I played VTMB, and I didn’t realize the Unofficial Patch is now on version 11.5 (or something around that). After installing it, the game has a lot of new bugs—like being able to clip through many objects and terrain. Not a single NPC moves from their spot, and some don’t respond at all.
So far, the only thing that works is doing a clean install and downgrading the patch.
Is anyone else having the same issue with the latest version?

It's too easy and the AI is too gimped for it to be that enjoyable. AI doesn't work by the same rules, never diablerizes and doesn't feed, so progresses in disciplines only through passive lifestyle learning. Ventrue have one of the most solid discipline combos around, both in Bloodlines and in tabletop. Fortitude is, if you actually think about it, the most important discipline for living a long life. Prevents dying to easy assassinations, makes you solid at combat, etc. Domination is extremely strong and has combat application, same with Presence. Fortitude + Presence makes you nigh immune to mental attacks, allowing you to keep your cool and be your own man. Amazing clan design.

East LA was boring, mostly consisting of just walking around a "way too big for this game open area" with nothing in it, and dialogue with random characters, which can be really good but can also be really bad. The pacing is atrocious. My first playthrough was a Ventrue, because I wanted to be a great vampire Noble with class and superclass just dabbing on peasants. The "fell" blood about rats and homelesses wasn't that much of an issue after like the 20 first minutes of the game. Then I mostly levelled up Domination, and ended up with a katana slicing people because Domination isn't that fun like all blood magic alike disciplines (Dementation, Tremere's Blood magic).

That's just how I ended up playing my Ventrue. Heather called me "master" during the playthrough, though, which is better than what Heather call you if you're a Malkavian, so that's that.

Just know that combat is completely mandatory and melee will not be able to complete the game. You need a ranged weapon.
Also know that side mission in the graveyard is nearly impossible to beat so don't get upset if you try it and fail.
Also know that the game barely works even with patches and the final act is some of the worst garbage in video game history. It's supremely terrible.
