Natsu has scaling burst heal which can be relevant in longer fights where she is eating all of the aggro. A heal over time may not be able to save you in a scramble situation but is less wasteful to use when healing off scratch damage as it'll keep the heals flowing gradually.
Natsu gives 3 allies a raw atk buff which can be good in TA but Kanoe doing damage and an AOE crit res debuff may be more effective in places like FRR, the cost buff is always helpful but is a bit inflexible in how it shoehorns the rest of your team options to match which may not be feasible given the mechanics of the content you want to tackle and terrain moods.
Natsu gets a leg up by being easier to farm for but competes for your trinity mats, the need for Kanoe in your roster is marginal and most people are not going to be playing at difficulties where those margins are large enough to be meaningful. If you need multiple teams for Perorodzilla its good to have 2 basically-identical tanks that can eat the laser.
