it's love as in LV, and it's susie. kris' hair isn't long enough and doesn't stick out at the top like that, but susie's does. susie is gonna take over the soul and take kris' sword at some point while also geting all of the levels and turning into "the dragon". the angel is banished by susie fusing with kris and becoming the dragon aka satan. "love finds its way to the girl" aka "the soul finds its way to susie". the in the weird route we break the prophecy by grooming noelle into getting the soul and becoming the dragon when she's supposed to become the angel.

the line 'hope crossed on her heart' can have multiple meanings, as crossed can also mean crossed out, and we don't know the details of what kris is planning to it being taken how susie understands it could also work
kris can also use swords and wear ribbons, noelle can also somewhat do with but can only equip two swords 'jingle blade, which is her own pencil, and the darkshard, which is a strange weapon to begin with
there's also that the prophecy depicting the girl is very similar to kris' neutral fighting pose, along with the older art depicting the human in ralsei's prophecy
there's also the princess ribbon's description specifically calling out that kris can wear the gloves, and nobody else can (why would noelle offer kris the gloves if she could wear them when equiping the ribbon?)

Ignoring that The Girl clearly has Susie's snoot and long hair that curls up at her back, and that Kris's gender is undefined and they are clearly "The Cage"

This just demonstrates that anyone could wield a sword, there's nothing actually stopping Susie or Ralsei from holding one of Kris's weapons if they wanted to. Susie is not physically incapable of wearing a ribbon, she just doesn't want to.
The Prophecy's imagery also takes other liberties, like consistently depicting Ralsei wearing his full cloak which he hasn't worn since the start of Chapter 1. Its words are absolutely true, but its visuals can be abstract. The sword is not necessarily an actual sword.

Noelle and Ralsei CAN equip the gloves. Susie is the only one who refuses to wear them.
Note that you "attempt" to equip it to Susie and successfully do so for the others.

The Cage is the vessel. Kris hijacks the role of the Cage from it. The theory states that Kris was the prophesized girl, but wants to change fate to be the Cage instead.

i've also heard that whatever the role of the girl entails, it scared the shit out of kris which is another reason for the role change attempt
given that ralsei didn't want susie specifically to see the ending, and that whatever it was caused susie to actively smash it herself, it clearly can't be good
there's also slightly different text for checking the shadow crystal in the final room, with kris trying harder to change the view through it
