You could read it that way, but its not proven fact, at least not yet. He could just as easily not have known, and this could just as easily have been the prophecied path from the start. That line about the dragon comes from Gerson's book, not the prophecy, which we know from Gerson himself changes elements, the same way Dragon Blazers changed elements of his book.
And even if that is what the prophecy intended, you can't say for certain that Ralsei knew that in chapter 1 or that he even knows it now. Even if Ralsei knows the prophecy, its possible for him to misread it.
And all of this implies that there's only true reading of the prophecy, rather than it just being a universal requirement that the literal text be fulfilled. For all we know every route follows the prophecy and views itself as the one true prophecy.
Or the original prophecy could have been something involving Kris and Noelle that wasn't the weird route.
You're making a lot of assumptions, claiming them as indisputable fact, then insulting anyone who says otherwise.
