They should have just given her cerebral palsy, spastic diplegia, specifically, there's enough of a severity gamut that it's believable she'd rely on a wheelchair.
I finally decided to get around to getting all the endings and holy fucking shit doing everything wrong is excruciatingly painful reading, can't believe there are people out there who actually didn't realise they were making the wrong choices on their first playthrough.
