It's almost like right wingers are inherently hypocritical. Where do you think all the "leopards eating faces" memes come from? Because every right winger believes the shitty things they advocate for are only supposed to happen to others. And then when it affects them: surprised pikachu face.
Trump and Vance BOTH want to make it impossible to become a US citizen, even if you are born here, and they BOTH have foreign wifes. The number of "protect the kids" Magas, pastors, and cops that have been caught with CP is endless. Elon Musk buys twitter and says he's making comedy legal again: instantly bans every elon musk parody account, and declares your account must say PARODY ACCOUNT to count, lmao. He shuts down elonjet accounts, and accounts doxxing stonetoss and other nazis, but he leaves up libs of tiktok, and retweets posts linking the doxx of everyone who wasn't sad enough about charlie kirks death. (Wasn't even mocked. Literally people who said as much as "who gives a shit?" got on that list) and the fucking charlie kirk doxxing website.
Republican political strategy for the last [as long as I've been alive] has been: "Complain every day that democrats are unresonably partisan, and no matter how much they work with you, complain that they refuse to work with you. Then if Democrats reach their hand out for something bipartisan, even if you also want this: Shit in their hands". And Dems keep falling for it like Charlie Brown and the damn football.
There's also a ton of rep. Politicians proudly announcing passing something that helps the people, and every time it is pointed out that the politician announcing it actually voted against it.
Right wingers straight do not care about truth, or not being hypocritical. That shit applies to others, not to them. When's the last time a republican got disgraced and resigned? Nixon? They're talking about pardoning George Santos, who's literally a fucking convicted felon scam artist, lmao.
