Only do Sorcerer's Rise if you're mage
Some ruins are "harder" (take longer) than others, so it's not "worth" it (triple Ancient Hero of Zamor on cold, Battlemages in magic)
Only do mines if you need the smithing stone, and if possible do the easy ones (Godrick Knight > Pumpkin Head > Giant)
Castle > Ruins > grey Field Bosses > Main Encampment > red Field Bosses (depends on your group's skill) > Evergaol (depends on which enemy spawn) > Great Churches > Forts
