Anyone that's a good 1v1er and builds gun or hybrid can be a carry realistically, the exception should be that they shouldn't be building gun if it does shit damage to players even if it's decent against walkers. Calico is a good 1v1er but you can't build gun on her, gun Yamato I don't know if it's worth it anymore. Geist is so disgustingly strong that it feels dirty just to play her, even on Wraith I'm weaker earlier game and a middle of the pack laner, Geist is just good at every part of the game. If my early game is cucked on Wraith it's hard to bounce back, on Geist it's impossible to have a bad early game.

Can basically just solo hold guardian and keep waves permashoved too so my lane partner is free to roam, just shut a absurdly broken impactful hero I don't know why she hasn't been gutted yet.

Killing the ult CD is kind of boring as it doesn't really change gameplay much. It's already super low with improved CDR and charges. I was looking into it a bit more, the way it calculates 'MVP' ranking is a bit bullshit. I found a game where I did the most objective damage on both teams and it put me #11.

I also just lost a game where the Wraith complains about 'typical deadlock' where she completely abandoned lane to farm and then when we're under huge pressure she's just farming a T3 camp.

Those items are based, but that wasn't where the fun was at. I unironically loved 4 lane because of what a clusterfuck it was, I want to gank, I want to shove and roam. So many fun things got nerfed so retards would actually play the positioning game like a traditional MOBA, but did it never occur to Valve that everyone was just brooling like retards because that's where the fun was at? They made itemization simpler and easier to pick up, but it's still the same shit. Using or being hit by curse doesn't give me the dopamine.

Instantly usually just means you're dead again, the reason Soul Rebirth was busted was because you had control over when to pop if for a few seconds. I almost wonder if it's possible to do something like give the player a ghost to control for a moment to reposition themselves, not enough to get far but maybe they can sneak into a tuck room or just around a corner so they're not in plain sight of an ongoing team nuke.

when mid boss is defeated instead of a crystal descending an altar ascends from the sewers that has to be channeled for like 3-5 seconds. when you finish the channel the person channeling is swallowed by a giant worm and takes control of it gaining four new abilities focused on pushing the enemy base. when the worm is killed it spits out your hero and burrows away
