I have played Drifter 5 times and 5 times I have fed on him
I can play every new hero above average but I cannot play drifter for my life

when you buy an item, think about what you're purchasing it for.
the silence? Silence wave is, cheaper, has spirit res shred AND reduces their spirit power by 18 on top of silencing in an AOE.
the spirit damage reduction? see above but also Inhibitor is a GLOBAL damage reduction on top of healing reduction.
Plus, the worst thing about silencer is that you do not get to choose when it goes off.
you need to silence that giest before she ults? better hope you kill her in the first short ass silence or else she's fucking immune to your item for the next 10 seconds.
plus you have to BUILD IT UP, which is not good for instant "I need this fucker silenced now" like seeing a Dynamo jumping in/Pocket jumping in.
it's a fucking terrible item that nobody should build.
there is not a one use case for that item.
