Bros, make sure to build Aero Rover with the new windwaker set and not healer set for Cartethyia team. He literally heals 100 less only than if he would have used a healer set with a healing bonus 4 cost. Also, because of Ciacona buff, gust of welkin buff and carthy outro he will be gigabiffed and actually deals damage too. He can also fully use the windwaker sword echo passive. Use 43311 echo set, 4cost crit rate rest is ATK (because it both buff damage and healing and aero% actually gives less damage).

Not much really; performance issues are mostly gone, you can work steadily to your first free 5* (Verina is still the best) and as some may have already said, MC is actually decent and the free 4*s along the way are fun enough to play, though characterizations in 1.x are relatively stiff and...well...personality lost in translation. But it picks up in 2.0, and the locales are stunning sometimes. Carty is complete blessing and every strike hits like a truck.
When are we getting more comfy events like the Phoebe fishing one?

One criticism that I still have compared to Genshin is that I wish that the elements were more visual and attacks were more tied to the element's gimmick. I get that they don't want to rip off reactions, but that doesn't mean that they can't do other stuff, like leaving a fire on the ground that burns enemies and blows things up, for example.
You know after playing 1.0 I thought the game was gonna end up like tof after a year but no these devs just keep improving stuff like the animations, character designs, and environment. I'm extremely impressed.

I think all of these schizo convos are just an effect of the game overall favoring quickswap gameplay and constant switching for buff upkeep above everything else since 2.0. Even most of the bosses have attacks that are conveniently easier to evade when making use of the intro lunge. Even if it's not true at all that Carth is week without being a whale, she definetly does not feel as good as it felt to just use Changli or Carlotta or Jinshi solo, mainly because her kit has no interruption resistance which does suck bigtime if you don't wanna quickswap like a fentanyl addict. The big mistake was honestly locking her reaching 6 stacks of aero erosion to both Rover's outro AND swapping back to small form during big form, it just makes her gameplay feel very interrupted, especially if god forbid Aero gets hit during his attack chain.

I blame Kuro for not doing tutorials properly. Carth's trial video has zero mentions of how to gain erosion, or keep it, or that you should dodge into BA on Carth to skip animations, or that Fleur's basic attacks on the ground are not supposed to be used, or that you're supposed to transform back into Carth to get stacks back up.
All of these things were clearly meant to be bare minimum things you have to do on her but the game doesn't show these things off at all.

My problem is that the design of some recent bosses and enemies is way too annoying and makes the characters you use feel weaker than they should, and the characters themselves don't feel as fun as they used to be in these fights. My problem is also more theme related than balance related, I don't like how Carth's kit ended up playing in relation to how it could have potentially felt. I actually liked Zani cause her heavy damage thing felt natural to her and although I would have wished her 2nd form to be more involved, it does feel meaty.
I know it sounds kind of retarded, but at least to me, Carth and Fleur feel more like playing a fast assassin type character with the way her kit is designed, rather than a knight with a huge sword, who is also huge. I would have prefered more focus on using the sword in interesting ways, defense and stagger block and big sweeping hits, rather than a lot of quick hits that charge up one nuke.

Retard take, Carth's fine for a 5 star resonator but she's underwhelming for a sentinel resonator. Jinshi was just way too awesome and amazingly strong and could wack on the enemies so hard, and Carth is not really like that. She has tower performance but she's not the godlike unit Jinshi was that could just be thrown at anything in the game andd clear it while also feeling very comfortable. She plays much more like a regular 5 star with you needing to always be un edge and constantly manage buffs and timers, and ngl it's totally fine to be underwhelmed by that if you expected the next sentinal resonator to be like Jinshi in terms of "nu fucks given" potential.
