God earthrite is so bad. even if you end up in the kind of grinding value game they want you have no payoff. multiple times I've been on turn 10+ with 5+ sigils up and nothing to do with it other then make a 3/3, all the cards require evolving as well.
Kuon tires to carry despite the total lack of synergy but requires super evolves to close out games. Even summing 3/3s doesn't seem that useful when sword can get more value from summons while not losing a slot to earthrites.

I think I don't like playing artifact
It feels like I have a ton less removal options vs just playing puppets and it feels extremely hard to deal with fat boards as artifact unless I just say fuck the mecha and make a bunch of gamma artifacts but if I do then I'll lose out on the big game ending mecha or the beta artifacts that deal face damage.

We really need to discuss the board clean/removal situation. Truth is, no matter how high the numbers in the cards are, 90% of the time they WILL get deleted by any "competent" player at this point, at least once or twice, it's no wonder that cards like Anne&Grea become overpowered, since their ward summon lasting one turn SHOULD've been a big deal, but it isn't, because cards basically have to die anyway at the end of the turn, every single time, so the dykes really just turn into a 5 cost 4/4 with a 5/5 ward that does 3x spellbost AND can do a 3 nuke and become 6/6 if really necessary.

It's online version is semi dead (small playerbase) due to being P2P but its got a really satisfying swingy feel to it. Attacking board is a real opportunity cost due to how damage works.
So instead it comes down to whether you need to target the opponents offensive or defensive capabilities based on what you can glean from their hand.
The trigger mechanic might seem silly but does enable that hand reading mechanic just mentioned.

I think the current pricing situation is manageable. Not good, but manageable. Whales have a massive advantage right now but by the end of week one most people should have a real deck if you didn't just manage to pull enough for portal already.
BUT HOW THE FUCK IS THIS SUSTAINABLE? When the new set comes out I'm not giving up on my card point progress and free dust to pull for a small chance at the leaders I need. On average I'd get them faster pulling the base set. On top of that, the game is so oriented around value legendaries that deck prices will just continually inflate. When the current player base has cards, the bottom ranks are going to be totally unplayable for new players who can't get a deck up yet compared to where it is now where tons of people are stuckk playing jank.

Don't forget to manually vial your cards. There's tons of hidden value there.
The auto liquefier keeps playsets of both normal and premium cards. As long as you have 3 cards total between the two types you can vial.
