It's different when the game closes down for good. SV2 is just literal SV1 with some new mechanics and rebalances. Mostly, cards still play the same. It was essentially a hard reset on player and cash progress.

So long that the gang beat the machine army and face off against him and somehow beat him so Nerva suggests he takes a nap forever and she steals his body and Belphomet self destructs himself rather than becoming a literal slave to Nerva for life.
So the day is saved and Yuwan and co warp again only for Nerva to go OOPS LOL and fuck up their warping now ALL of them are sent to seperate random worlds instead of just being splited into two

This world is really obsessed with power and domindating others this shithole called Vellsar. Vellsar is ruled by a jerk called the Lord of Darkness who really Iceshillendrig possessing Arisa's body for fucking thousands of years. Apparently no one can fucking scratch her?him? so Vellsar remains a fucking dump, no idea what happened to Vincent and Nahtnaught though. Anyways a sexy ass bitch called Fleausse starts fucking with the important people showing them visions which are really themselves in another loop like say Sekka seeing her mom vore her, or Alucard seeing one of the many times he raped Sekka. Alucard himself is Floozys punching bag as she makes him loop infinitely because fuck you. Once the jerks realize they cant ever beat Icy they turn on Fleasse and try to beat her and they cant do shit to her lets assume that duel with her was her fucking with them. Fleausse then reveals she is the god of this world as in the creators of everything in the dimension and has been in a fight with NEXUS for who knows how long which resulted in the time being reseted in the dimension who knows how many times. The only way to stop this is to make Vellsar not exist or some stupid shit so Fleausse sends them back in time.

It takes place in a NOT JAPAN dimension that can house in fucking dead people and living people at the same time. The people here live in a nice japanese looking inn and seem to not want to leave it. The god of the dimension is just as insane as Fleaesse and thinks what hes doing makes sense.
Here we meet young Itsurugi a werewolf who is happy about life and wants to have a good time, we then meet Taketsumi THE ACONITE PALADIN(what) who is the concierge of the inn and becomes the big bro of Itsurugii. We meet Saito another member of the Inn staff who is more soulless. We meet Si Long a hot sexy dragon bitch who is somehow a virgin. We meet Mizuchi a doormat who just loves waging in the Inn even though she doesnt get paid anything. We meet Anisage a cute girl with a screw in her head no really. We also meet a mysterious woman who wears a hood constantly for some reason.
Yes but Itsurugi wanders too far in the hotel and meets these spider looking things and after killing one he remember something from his time and realizes he couldnt remember it causing him to freak out. Anisage reveals she knows this place takes their memories away and this causes Taketsumi to get on their cases. Its turns out that the god is actually the bitch of an even greater god called THE GREAT SPIDER and this god is a nutjob who loves eating the memories of mortals. Great Spider wants your memories you can enjoy the inn FOREVER just hand over all your memories of your time before you got to this inn.
So this means literally everyone in that inn has forgotten who they were besides their name.

Now for the juicy part there are two girls Amarylis and Lillian, Lillian is a lesbian madly in love with Amarylis to the point that she makes Amarylius spend years trapped in another dimension and Amarylis thinks this is normal behavior from a "friend". When Verdilia(remembered her name) breaks into this dimension because Amarylis is on her class list, Lillians tries to kill her and fails. Lyeth thats his name right constantly challenges Verdilia in class because uh uh idk. Back to the yuri so it turns out that Lillian and Amarylis was abducted by magical scientist when they were lolis and experimented on since Amarylis was the only surviving loli Lillian became insanely attached to her and was clearly gay from birth as she was already self inserting as a knight ina fairy tale to save a princess and called Amarylis her princess and even telling her theres nothing wrong with the knight being a girl note both are lolis when this happens. As Amarylis meets more women like Verdilia she realizes that Lillian aint all that and wants answers so Lillian goes get back into your cage(other dimension) and Amarylis goes no so Amarylis causes everyone around her to cause screaming in agony due to her curse.

A huge part of the problem with WB right now is simply that legendaries are high value and totally irreplaceable in a lot of cases. Even if you decide to play a cheaper deck like 2 Ralmia Portal or 2 Aria Forest, that cost alone can be prohibitive if you didn't open a copy and take the starter on another and set you back miles from the deck you really want to end up on.

I'm going to rant about Swordcraft from the perspective of an illiterate person (Swordcraft Player)
I fucking hate 2 out of 3 of its legos. I've been doing mental gymnastics to myself to prove that Kagemitsu is worse than Novice Trooper. Everytime I play, he does nothing and dies (The Point). He doesn't really manage to do anything until you can mega-evolve him. I guess he is a late game stormer for 3 and evo. But if you're playing him from hand, then Novice Trooper can also just hit face for the same amount of damage and is not conditional on the mega-evolve. I miss her.
You can deadass play approximately-ish the same deck if you just up your copies of Centaur to make up for Albert. He does more damage unevolved, the same with evo, and 1 less with mega-evolve. Albert can be played on curve for a bit of extra damage if needed, but mostly his greatest value is his ability fleece your opponents through small wards (for 1 more mana and probably evo.) I also thinks its lame that he does mostly the same shit he's been doing for years.
