putting the nuclear needles aside, she's basically an AP auto-attacker, but her sustain isn't really that good, you can still be destroyed super fast most of the time unless you cover yourself with your mist perfectly (but that rarely ever happens because its very easy to just step in, and its also kinda wonky in its mechanic)

It hits the wall and doesn't go through - in the case of Jinx R (or Lillia E or Kha W) it'd explode on it and still deal AoE damage if you're next to it. Projectiles that return to the sender like Ekko Q or Talon W? They stop at the wall and return regardless.
Change my mind. This would be infinitely healthier for the game and for the champion because it'd mean they can buff him in other ways since so much of his power budget wouldn't be on his W. Obviously this wouldn't matter for a lot of abilities like Nidalee Q or Zed Q or Pantheon spear or whatever but it'd be really healthy for the ones it would affect.
