Yes. You don't need to spend any of your prisms. They don't expire, and the latest mythic only stays out of rotation for 4 months before getting added in permanently to the shop. So if, say, you wanted Juno's from last season, you would need to wait until season 18 for it to return to the shop. Mythic rein was just added back, and Zenyatta's mythic returns permanently in season 18. You can also buy weapon skins with them, the mythic weapons are permanently in the shop, but you don't get the 50% discount (paying $40, rather than $80) for them if you don't buy it during the season it's released.
