Duviri isn't cool, the mini-mission gauntlet isn't fun, and damage attentuation just a timer in disguise, but using warframes in duviri is better than being forced to use the drifter.

The only game mode where it's going to be a problem is probably survival but I honestly don't even know if the mission fails in Duviri or if you're just taking damage until you die if you fuck up life support. Fortunately excavation and defense aren't a thing in this mode (or at least I never got them) so you won't have to deal with that shit either.

As long as you have at least one built weapon (preferably not melee since that can be annoying for the Oraxia fight) you'll finish the whole thing significantly faster. Honestly, if damage attenuation was scaled the way it is for this event in solo mode, I wouldn't even give a shit about it at all.

Speaking of oraxia, your 1 only checks if the enemy dies. This means low level trash fodder, that would die from full health from the damage, still drop orbs. You only have to wait on the 'mark' if the enemy would otherwise tank the damage, which for my build is about 10k.
So if the enemies EHP in my case is under 10k its a full kill with orb drops. Mark or not.

Damage is sorta OK depending on how many slam damage mods you've utilised. The more you had, the harder you're going to get fucked. The range thing... lol, lmao. It's really bad. I used to light slam to open containers. Now a regular melee swing probably has more range.
The one weapon that's basically unaffected by it outside of the damage thing is Sampotes, the waves still cover half the screen.

Damage in all instances is just fucked in this game. Everything melts to a sneeze or is made of adamantium. Since build variety can vary so much I really don't know 'how' they fix it either.

Because it gates the players. With the addition of Acuity this means we can deal millions of damage if we know what we are doing. They'd either make a boss the general shitters would be unable to beat or one that the actual skillful players would be rewarded and kill him in record time. But either result would be poorly received.
So they put attenuation because they can't grade for shit. And due to that more and more people start using exploits like lowering the graphics or bugs to bypass the attenuation because it becomes a chore.

I havent struggled with anything using this build but then again I don't do level cap steel path memes, just the basic steel path stuff because either I don't see the option to start things at level cap or it would take too long to get to level cap and I don't want to be in a mission for hours.

Any idea on how I might be able to improve it, if I even need to? My shards are 1 tau purple equilibrium, 1 red secondary crit (dont know what to use here) 1 tau corrosive stack green, and 2 green toxin%.

When I stopped doing the health memes and got rid of adaptation for rolling guard everything became even easier. The cooldown on rolling guard feels great with her passive desu

Odd I did that boss fight just fine on merulina. Only bug I encontered on it was that I was perma invis the entire time after entering the portal and the boss wouldn't target me because of it

The problem is that you only have a chance to spawn beams, the number of beams is limited and both the spawn chance and duration are low as fuck. Nataruk, and Grimoire comes with a Catalyst already and a couple of polarities so they're great. Xoris was an easy weapon to get and was the only weapon I put a Catalyst on. Nataruk and Xoris carried me.

I wanna thank you very much bros. The tips on how Duviri keeps the same rotation of equipment + Decrees helped a lot in farming Tarsome Extract and Rune Marrows for Oraxia and the new weapons.
I rolled a 24 horus Resource Booster in the Baro Gacha and quickly captalized on a Bountiful Harvest to farm 4x what I would normally. Got enough for 2 Oraxias in no time.
It also helps that the islands near King Palace in Oraxia's operation always come with a bunch of Kovniks.

As long as you don't do an objective in Duviri Experience and the Spiral doesn't cycle, it will keep as is. So if you roll Bountiful Harvest among the first 3 rerolls on an early Decree (it seemingly keeps the rotation fully fixed) you will keep the same gear and stuff throughout the Spiral
For example: I roll Stalker + my third roll is Bountiful Harvest. The first objective is ''Connect the Towers''. The Spiral is Fear
You can farm the entirety of Duviri and do all the side objective Decrees but as long as you don't Connect the Towers to go to Undercroft, your rotation will stay for your exit and re-entrace as long as the Spiral is the same it will be the same. It will roll once it moves from Fear to something else though.
