It moves me deep within my heart to watch a Wisp meleeing over and over into the bloated chest of a long-dead enemy.

I 'mained' Qorvex for a couple months. He is shit.
He pillars do nothing, his walls are clunky at best with a terrible damage vulnerability, has has a worse grey bar than Nyx, worse status immunity ability in the game, and a 'nuke' that needs every stat (including duration), armor strip, super density of enemies, just to be a worse nuke than a melee influence glaive.
He also still needs strength, despite r*ddit still posting that triburos clip that came out before jade shadows of him killing 20 bombards (who were weak to radiation) in the sim.

The worse part of the slam nerf is pablo making breaking crates, even on a normal slam, annoying as hell, and I fully believe that is the actual reason he did it.

The key is 5 Tauforged radiation shards with your high range and okay strength Qorvex. A lot of Qorvex fags will tell you that Tauforged radiation shards on him is not a good idea, but if you're going into high levels. These shards will help immensely. The bigger the enemy density the more damage.

I would be less peeved if they had actually fixed her claws. Even a 10% -> 15% status chance buff would make weeping wounds go from +48% to +72% status at 12x combo. Which would be nice.

Played khal for the first time in ages just to get archon continuity and man it really is the perfect encapsulation of steve slop. An alright idea that's fine at first but drags on too long as it tries to bring up your play time while becoming increasingly more buggy, boring and repetitive as you go on.

Kind of. Once your passive pops you get 5 seconds to fill it back up again. In a survival or something this is trivial, but on less dense modes you can potentially get caught with your pants down.
Overall you'll still pretty much never die, but I feel like the deal we got was lopsided. Before it was okay if he claws were bad. Now there's no invulnerability excuse, since its tied to the passive and not the exalted itself.
So the exalted should be stronger to compensate, otherwise why would I use it over better melee weapons that still let you use her passive?

The funniest part about health tank frames is they all need some kind of bandaid passive/ability to ensure they don't die in one hit. Since even DE knows that shit is gonna happen. Nidus, inaros, and valkyrs passive are all different flavors of the same idea, and kullervo can overguard gate.

Pre-1999 it was drip fed via an ARG but currently you can read all the lore in a computer terminal near Aoi I think. The tldr is that their recording company tried to clone them and the clones got taken over by the techrot.
You can fight them via doing techrot missions and picking up the disc that drops and taking them to a terminal. After that you find what anti-virus they're weak to and run missions until the bar gets to 100% disinfection, stabbing them when they appear. You can buy Coda weapons (mr16) if you take one down and they're generally all pretty solid (unless you have a god roll riven for a given gun) with the Bassocyst being the notable standout.

There a intrinsicts in duviri yes, they provide buffs and various QoL.
The boy band can be summoned by killing techrot in a 1999 mission until a tape drops, then pluging it into a machine. This is how you get coda weapons.
Nobody uses the dormizone, since unlike the backrooms it doesn't count as a base of operations.

Magistar damage should still be the same, the range has been "nerfed" to like 7m but if you bullet jump or cloud walker to the ceiling and then slam from there, you can reach up to 30m which is further than it's old max range.. can probably be more but I haven't fully tested.

Valkyr's 1 and 3 are still useless. Her 4's stance is still ass.
Invincibility is a non-issue because she's still tough. Definitely need more investment and effort than before though.

I disagree. It's better than what it was before but the only time I'm still using it is when the floor is lava, like against the Coda boys. It's still a skill that no one's really using more than once in a while. As for her 3, I actually think the rework 3 is *worse* than it was pre-rework. The extra damage is useless because her claws already did absurb damage and could even hit the damage cap. And the stunning effect was okay for meme finisher builds. Right now I can't do anything with it, it is STILL the dedicated subsume slot.

DE could release a frame thats meant to be shit, and they'd still pull out the "POOPOO FRAME IS ACTUALLY SUPER DUPER OP???", which is half true, but only because the game has a multiplicative number problem and you can push the MK1 weapons up to level cap.

the thing about valkyr is that she could already wipe the floor with the levelcap due to her damage and invuln.
she did not need more damage and her new grouping is worse than just slide attacking everywhere
she, functionally, is not any stronger in terms of pure damage than she was before the rework.
but now she's expected to use a bloated health tanking build on an already congested build.
not only does she end up weaker overall but health tanking obviously doesnt work unless you dedicate everything to it, at which point you're discarding the frame and might as well play a frame thats a better health tank (see: has built in damage reduction)

additionally, the invuln nerf doesnt even make sense because they just gave nyx THE SAME EXACT FUCKING KIND OF INVULN back in december and its nearly three times cheaper than valkyr's invuln was along with not tying you to a shitty melee.

Reactors aren't exactly expensive, they're just 20p and if you don't want to spend plat there are other sources though they aren't really as reliable. You have your steady forma income of 1/d which is alright for the most part, until you decide to level a bunch of shit.
As for the non-primes, it depends. Obviously it's fine on frames that don't have a prime yet. Ability-wise, normal and prime frames are identical. The only difference is the amount of shields, health, energy, armor. Outside of energy, it's not really that noticeable. So if a prime warframe is really expensive right now and you don't want to get it, feel free to use shit on a non-prime.

He got boosted by the Pseudo Exalted changes so now Bladestorm can be fully modded and put Melee Crescendo arcane on it. Ash is always hitting at 12x due to that. He can easily kill most stuff in the game as in the EDA my brother was killing Necramechs with his while I killed with my Atlas.
Ash seems somewhat slower at it though, but considering he has invisibility I suppose it's a fair trade off. It wasn't significant enough to hamper the mission. We could each go in our separate ways and take care of the Demolysts even under all the downsides of EDA.
And both of them can subsume Kullervo's Wrathful Advance for constant red crits.

Forgot to add that Atlas is basically also killing anything in the game. Except unlike Ash and Kullervo he doesn't need to set up as his punches are AoE by default.
He is one of the frames that benefited the most from the Exalted changes. He went from a wet noodle to the lore accurate monster from the Leverian that can punch meteors.

The requirements are listed as just 'The Hex' and not Hex Finale so I presume you just need to finish the main quest. It makes a lot more sense lore wise to have done everything in 1999 (including the Velmir + Minerva convos) before going back to Duviri but they probably don't want to hold up new player progression for like a week while you rank up the syndicate/do KIM.
