Incase anyone is wondering what the evolved skills are, here's the list. Hunter has 3 levels for a 15%/30%/45% activation chance. Sensory block has 3 levels, though I only saw that level 1 is 7s duration 80 sec cooldown. The other 4 skills only have a single level.
Mass arrest's translation is a bit poor so to be clear it makes it so clicking on a person to start an arrest automatically starts the arrest for everyone who is ready to be arrested. It doesn't trigger on finishing an arrest or anything like that.

All you need to do is go to steam > add a non steam game > add your .exe > right clic your game >properties > compatibility > check the steam deck compatibility and add the thing that work the best for you/for the game. I have played RJ01351531. It was decent.
The gameplay is very grindy, and after trying a short halfway run and seeing how it went I went and cheated in all of the meta progression upgrades. But after that the gameplay wasn't bad. While some level up choices are obviously amazing and some are trash overall you do still have to think about your choices a bit since even gunning for the exp up skills you aren't hitting max level by the end. With all the upgrades there was no real chance of losing but trying to play optimally was still enjoyable. Mostly because there's a constant stream of small h animations of the protagonist being groped happening.
The h was good. As mentioned the most of the h comes from being groped by regular enemies. There's a decent number of regular animations, and then there's also some status conditions like being partially stripped, being restrained, or blindfolded that you can have at the same time. Getting stripped doesn't really go as far as I would prefer leaving her with plenty of clothing, and with the meta upgrades all of the status are fairly trivial to prevent so you won't really be seeing them except for the forced versions the bosses do. There's also GoR scenes, but other than being full screen the animations don't feel much better than the groping animations. The GoR scenes are the only penetration in the game, if you care about that. The blowjob that requires getting hypnotized 20 times to max out the hypnotism stat was disappointing.
Overall I give it 4/5. It's the kind of game where neither the gameplay nor h scenes feel particularly high quality individually, but they way they're blended together works well.
