Reed's primary role has never been massive arts damage dealing, because she's bad at it.
Her damage is bad on S3 (S2 is strong but a meme). Her role was just compressing mid damage with healing and being good at clearing trash, but that's not really a needed role now is it, which is why she doesn't see any use anymore unlike Mon3tr's who compresses healing and having boss killing capabilities.
