I came back after a 10 year break and they only thing that feels like it has changed is shitty daily quests and ZzZ open world (slightly larger maps to house the repetitive dailies) being added. For the age of the game and money it brings in it certainly sounds like you guys have been on a content drip. Oh and they added Duviri which is also shit and repetitive, which they keep forcing you to go back to. Steel path is cool I guess but is a content rehash. The Railjack should have its own Base of Operations setting, or at a minimum the ability to pick your orbiter above earth.

A further explanation: usually Electricity by itself is enough. There isn't much difference in how fast I kill between Viral to Blast so I think people prefer Blast since there is viral everywhere anyway.
It is better to have it on Primary and Secondaries, but Melee Influence pretty much makes any melee weapon a room clearer after some hits. It's so convenient the only reason it dodged a nerf was because people were spamming slam builds that do the same in a single heavy slam.

Volt can maintain his speed when going around a tileset. Even if he loses a bit of speed by turning a corner, it's probably better than essentially hitting a wall with Gauss and then accelerating. Warframe's engine is quirky and if you know how to exploit its movement, you can maintain the speed 100% of the time.
If you want to reset your bullet jump for whatever reason, just do a wall hop and it's done. I don't see the point of going high in regular tilesets and for open worlds, Volt's 2 affects archwings so I'll just use that.

Would be nice if the actual description said that, DE is absolute dogshit at providing adequate information on what things do. Because as worded, it sounds like a Heat proc gives it +6%, one proc at a time, and once it hits 10 seconds you lose all your stacks and have to start over with new Heat procs.
