Yeah makes no sense not to have them at this point in time. It's not only time lag calculation but also QTEs being a problem. If you use Kamui Tenebrion instead of No. 21 you'll notice he stays on the field attacking for longer which sometimes creates a problem where he won't be available for QTE at the same rate as others, as the cooldown starts after he leaves.
This isn't a problem if you put DaVinci on someone else. But if you put DV on him, his delay is felt at some point.

I'd say so far it's gotta be Yata, latest Alpha and Lucia, LEAP Alisa, Bridget (especially on bosses that you know the moveset of by heart.), and I honestly like new Vera but only for the same reason as Leap Liv in that they both have really cool graphical effects that make you feel really powerful.
