uAsuna and Karin I've never been a fan of the EX's for since they feel so specifically tied to the event and Asuna's doesn't really feel like it translates to what's going on.
Aru's I'm quite fond of.

Add background to Aru's EX skill, have her be in a shootout against helmet gang, she does her EX animation and turns away from the explosion (like she does in the game btw) to make herself look cool while helmet gangsters are sent flying in the background.
