As I've said, you can just skip the story for now and grab the student/students you want. And those story stages all have battles and require 10 APs each (~120 APs per event). Once you'll be out of APs, read the main story.

If you're not too far from and willing to start over, she's in the starter pool and you can just reroll for her.
Otherwise, you can farm for her (kinda takes a long time) OR buy the selector (there are better units to get the selector for if you care about meta) OR pray for a spook (gacha doesn't always give you what you want so that's unreliable).
