that depends on so many things

first of all, can you even take dragon?
are you getting collapsed on if you walk over vision? can you secure vision? do you have prio? does support have ward charges? do you have trinket charges? do you have pinks?

second, is it even worth taking dragon in this moment?
do you get a meaningful level up from clearing camps?(lvl6-11-16 etc) do you need gold from camps to purchase an item that would be really fucking good during dragon fight? aren't you winning too hard to a point where void grubs and herald are much more meaningful? are dragons even worth for your team?

third, do you have to trade?
is the enemy jungler getting your camps as you do objective? is the enemy jungler getting a meaningful lead while you are objective slaving for your team? are they getting different objectives? are they going to get a meaningful lead over you? are they taking towers? are they going to kill the most powerful member that has the most shutdown in the teaM

fourth, what are the chances?
do you 50-50 trade? can you get outsmited? how many people are likely to die? what are the death timers at this point in the game?

and the list goes on
jungle is a fairly complex role but this all comes with time and experience
a good practice i could recommend to you is to play a bit slow and passive if you are playing a champ that can farm well, and always ward objective
i know red trinket is amazing but holding onto yellow trinket until midgame has been the go-to practice for a lot of players below the top 1%
that is because vision is far more powerful in lower MMR soloq (below master-grandmaster level) if you understand where you should be putting the wards

Clear one side of camps -> Look for play -> Clear other side of camps -> Look for play
If you get a kill, you most likely always want to back into clearing camps
Never solo objectives unless you know for sure you'll get it, like if you see the enemy jungler on the opposite side of the map, it's better to be a no objective jungler than soloing it

first advice, learn to clear your camps fast and efficiently

when you have time on your hands life becomes much easier, i recommend you experiment for a couple games with high tempo junglers

they would have to build it from the ground up though i think it's possible they can do it relatively efficiently since they were able to do so very successfully for wild rift
this company and devs have over a decade of experience maintaining and working on the moba pc league, they should be competent and actually quite happy to make something up to modern standards for pc league as to not have to dev for the old engine since it's probably insanely hellish to pile more stuff on it
the cost will vary between the game engine they will be using the the license for it, unfortunately i think ue is no longer free for industrial use and the licensing is expensive so that is no longer an option unless they're using an older version of it though it should still be decent, unity is also fine though it's been mixed over the years, etc
i think currently the company is basically too thin to do yet another video game project since they barely have any quality control on pc league anymore while having to maintain so many other of their games like the card one or tft or wild rift again, it also makes sense they were so spread thin that they did have to kill riot forge to split those employees to other departments for their other games rather than wasting on other smaller games that don't bring constant revenue since it's all single player one offs that can be torrented or whatever, them also firing so many employees and stuff, they probably would want to but they probably cant at the moment
