Making maps is incredibly easy, can find a gorillion tutorials on youtube and as long as you are good at set dressing you can make whatever you want and have it look great.

It was supposed to happen years ago. The problem has been the Classic+ model is the antithesis of profiteering. Tons of new content, tuned to a specific audience, done so without turning to the usual new expansion as the content runs its course.
