Having played the BF6 beta a bit, I have a feeling the COD refugees will come crawling back. TRUE COD fans just want to equip the meta SMG, wander around behind the enemy line for free kills on noobs with no situational awareness, and if they are caught they can use some magical movement tech to mitigate the damage and then press Q to instantly heal it back.
Unless they add a Shipment equivalent, BF6 doesn't offer this experience. The games are too different.

Eh. Not really all that impressive considering he's playing on PC, probably in a crossplay lobby and console got super fucked on controller settings for the beta. There's one sensitivity slider and it's still slow as shit and unresponsive. I had to use another device to give myself "0" deadzones and an improved response curve and it absolutely made a difference because I know most other controller players didn't have that advantage. You can also set the slide to single tap and use a back paddle and it's easy as fuck to do this.

Black Ops 6 MP is... fine. The core shooting is still the best in the business but the maps are a real coinflip. Sprinting side-to-side is whatever but diveshots and slide-to-laying-on-your-back (is there a better term for that?) are cool.

As the world's biggest GOAT OPs 4 fan, no? They have an entirely different artstyle. BO4 is far more colorful, for starters. Gameplay wise, BO4 has no jetpacks, no wallrunning, and a massively lengthened TTK.
BO3 also has the worst gun sounds in the franchise, while BO4's are pretty good. They're crisp and bassy. Animations in BO4 are also perfectly fine. It wasn't until MW that people started holding that stuff under more scrutiny.
I know this is COD at the end of the day, but complaining that Bo3 and 4 are too similar in terms of gameplay? I don't get it

DMZ is more challenging than Warzone. There's no magic circle that closes in the whole entire match making it super easy to figure out where you're most likely to find players. You don't start with a nice vest unless you bring one, there's no gulag. Somebody has to run over and bring you back and it takes a while. There are many, many hostile NPC's all over the place and they're known for fucking people up. You can't just find good guns all over the place. If you come in with nothing, you're gonna' have to get a gun from an NPC and use that unless you can kill a player and take his shit. The stakes are way higher than Warzone because you can lose your shit and some people (me) literally only enjoy hunting players down and not doing anything else like the missions. DMZ was more challenging than Warzone in almost every single way and that's why it, much like Realism/NVG modes, didn't reach broader appeal with the CoD crowd. It's why most people who "play Warzone" live in the fucking Casual modes. Because CoD kids are casuals. Lol
