What makes her broken is her potential for enhancing attacker teams. At the moment the optimal Ellen team is Lighter Astra, damagewise Astra is a dead slot but even with that you can clear endgame easily. Now fill in with a character that gives almost astra level buffs while also dealing damage. I dont understand how you dont see how busted that is. The only issue I can see arising is with the stun window allocation but now that you can swap out of Seeds ult there's a lot of room for stun delaying with chain attack. In the case of lighter as well you get a stun extension. Seed teams aren't teams meant to maximize only seeds solo dps, she is astra that does damage. This also just frees astra for another team that may need her more

What you're describing is how to play the best Seed team, not how Seed enhances other attackers though. For example, if someone said they want to play any of the on field Anomaly DPS (say Yanagi), people would say use Vivian and/ or Yuzuha. While you use those agents, the star of the show is will be Yanagi in this example. With Seed, your preferred attacker is just playing second fiddle to Seed.
