1. He has really high Base ER, this is maximum beneficial.
2. Extra EX means extra Daze + extra Anomaly
3. Extra EX also means additional interrupts, which activates Caesar's Shield passive far more. Resulting in more group DMG + group Daze which always works dual-simultaneously because Trigger is always in the background, and Yanagi is always in the foreground.
