Most people that don't use MC for chest opening get motion sickness/dizzy from first person chest animations.

Technically MC is one of the "safest" chest opener options because he has access to all classes and is safe to inherit everything on (outside of dedicated mage/thief characters with extremely high discipline). There are arguments about stone needle traps vs not having to risk fortitude (since MC deaths get reversed at no fort loss), but 90% of the reason is literally just whether or not you can stand the first person chest opening.

There's another way to get some but I don't remember every detail. Basically if you run around on the Pier there are these randomly spawning guard NPCs who ask for shit, and after 3 or so items they start rewarding you with Scales. But the NPCs and I think rewards are different for each faction so I don't remember which one rewarded them lol

Savia and Redbeard made sense. Savia gets better evasion and surety from Thief helping her be an evade tank that can dish out some dmg with spears.

Bro, Frieren might very well be the best anime in recent times. It has two great openings, it is incredibly well animated and stays consistent throughout two seasons, the story is good, it has tearjerker moments, it is funny and Frieren is really cute. You see +4 on all stats because you're gaining the bonuses from the different adventurer ranks that are being moved over from the level 60 Yeka, while the other two level 1 Yekas give nothing because they have no additional adventurer ranks compared to your summer Yeka. While the 196 power Yeka, presumably has 9 BP, which are being distributed like that when you merge it into your 60 Yeka, because that one must have had less than 7 BPs to start with. If you see anything else (i.e. +4 or less total) I think that means the one being merged into was boonless and you're gaining the boon of the new unit. Of course, you won't be able to tell if you're seeing some combination of the latter two, which is why it's important to know what your units started with.

The event is unchanged from the time it ran. There are 4 enemies that can possibly spawn on B1F of Guarda - one near the well entrance, one in the big room with the first golem, one in the bottom left in a side alcove, and one by the Harken. Not all 4 are guaranteed to show up on every visit - fastest way to do it is take the B1F Harken and check to see if the mob near the Harken is there and the mob near the golem (both will be visible on the map from the Harken warp-in). Kill whichever are around (you'll probably be able to see the one in the bottom left on the way to get the golem room mob if it's there), warp out, and then go back in.

Guarda mobs give 400 base, and if you have Marianne she'll add 200 more each time (for 600 gold dust per mob). Lulu will give you an alert at the halfway point (12,000 dust) and a confirmation at maximum (24,000 dust) - if you're bringing Marianne you need to fight 40 battles.

If you don't have the class change levelled, you can at least subtract the grade bonuses then add up the boon and BPs compared to the class change of a new unit (that you know the BPs/boons of). You want to nuke or silence the Air Entities immediately with fire or silence them with MONTINO. Aside from that it's a straightforward Scorpion Lady fight - buff/debuff as necessary to reduce incoming damage.

You can also silence the vampires, it's going to make the fight easier considering you have Debra who probably folds to Zelos/Mazelos. Try to nuke the summoned thrall as fast as possible, he has considerably less HP.

Three reasons it doesn't matter:
It has both DEF and ACC on it, you can just roll a good ring normally without a trash stat on it
Besides the minor amount of STR it doesn't have any passive stats or resists or things that will make you swap it out for something else anyway for an actual superboss fight
You are still at the mercy of enhance rolls and they can fuck you over anyway

Just carry on with what you've learned and save FAS for the Mage ring because it's better than the Fighter one in general

Totally depends, it's one of those stats where once you get enough, any points afterwards are completely dead and a waste, and considering you can buff ACC and lower EVA on mobs and use skills that also buff ACC on top of it, it just isn't a good stat in general unless you REALLY want to be able to consistently autoattack succubi or something.

lets say you do march of the undead for one of the farm kill 300 undead missions that pop up occasionally
you got the bondmate from that mission to max
instead of nothing happening when you do the quest again, you get that item you just talked about
and it has a timer of roughly 1 week, and you can use other bondmates for more sources

You do, you used to be able to farm the item infinitely through Wheeling to King's Rescue and talking to Albano over and over at max bond, but then they added a cooldown of around a week to getting it from the same quest/NPC/whatever. So now you have to hit up other max bonds to get a good supply of them flowing in.
You can do Jack while doing March of the Undead for your weekly quests, you can do Melgina whenever you're raising an adventurer bondmate to dismiss, etc.
Pretty soon you won't have to worry about using the items anymore because you'll have tons unless you're constantly tweaking

The Guarda Necrocore is the biggest win you can get in terms of junk farming, it unlocks a lot of extra quest dungeons for farming. You should have access to both Le Bicken (good body armor, eva boost) and Arna's new quest (good sword, better than ebonsteel, acc boost).
Farm away on those. Guarda itself sucks for farming, it's just too hard. But if you farm the above you should be good. Hit eva breakpoints, get +15/20 weapons for your whole crew, you should steamroll your first Guarda clear.
