For some time now, I've received lots of requests for more headgear variety. That is an understandable concern, seeing as how Renewal has basically no hats drop from monsters. Their business model is all around selling hats inside gacha boxes, after all.
Now, I always had the option to tap into Pre-Re cash shop hats, but I really don't want to do that. Instead, I'd like to give the Pre-Re questable hats the same treatment that I gave to Lv4 weapons. More slots, better stats.

Proposal 24: Quest Hat Rework.
Without changing the methods to obtain these hats, I would like to give slots and better stats to them. Picture related are hats ready for immediate deployment, but I wanted to put a vote for this first.
Some notable hats among these:
>Pretend Murdered: -10% from Angels, good for Thana and tanking that one Morroc Incarnation
>Oxygen Mask: Immune to poison on low slot
>Helm of Angel: High defense for AGI based characters
>Black Cat Ears: 5% Crit damage with a slot
>Teddybear Hat: +100% healing power for Honey and Royal Jelly
>Hot-blooded Headband: The same +2 STR and slot that a Bone Head gives but anybody can use, but without the other bonuses and worse DEF
>Model Training Hat: Same DEX+3 as an Apple of Archer but can be refined
>Decorative Mushroom: For farming Mushroom Spores and Poison Spores
>Red Ribbon: Less MDEF than a Drooping Cat but comes with a slot
>Helm of Orc Hero: Very high stats since it's so hard to make. It can't have a slot because they are signed with the player's name

I had fun during the pvp event. Was it a bad idea? Yes. Is dev a retard? Yes.

But people act like it was something no one wanted, which is wholly wrong. Global was filled with people eager for it, myself included.

Yeah and at level 94 which is the only time you have enough stat points to assign enough to do Jing Guai, you'll be at ~180 total bonus (card gives +12 by itself, +5 from the stat bonuses, +8 from INT cards before gear, +5 from job level) whereas another +49 from raw int stat allocation isn't going to be significant enough to matter compared to having your entire job kit without fudging around skill points. If you really need that extra 25% healing you've got Healing Staff and another +30% from all the other cards. Probably more healing bonuses I can't think of off the top of my head.

On ragnav while playing as Knight, sometimes my skill list becomes a bit messed up and I'm unable to put points into skills.
When this happens, I usually do stuff like strip off all my gear, get off my mount and relog, which gets the list back to normal most of the time.
Does anyone know what causes this, and what is the real way to revert the skill list to the way it's supposed to be when it happens?
