For the people that are grinding MD right now and aren't bothering doing the event nodes.
You can grind Wei in MD. And ofc, because it is MD. It is infinitely easier to deal with him.
The observation levels carry over to the story node. Meaning that you can kill Wei several times in MD then go back to grind the event and he's going to die faster up to 15% faster if you get him to Observation Level 5/V. Making the grind much easier as you will kill him in less turns.
