I think this update might have skipped shader precompilation. If you're having performance issues, You could try this fix to see if it works for you.

Locate where your game is installed, then search up any mention of "PSO". Delete all mentions of that, and it will force shader precompilation the next time you start the game, hopefully lowering stutters.
