I don't get what the issue is for the names, if it gets them wrong go into translation optimization and check if "proper noun translation pre-translation substitution" (in game/text settings) automatically grabbed the names for your game. If yes, turn default off and turn it on.
If it doesn't follow your prompt to display the speaker's name then that's because the local model is retarded or you're prompting wrong. If the hook displays the name at the end of the sentence then you have to tell it to put the name at the start of the sentence and use a newline. If it fucks up you have to set the context to 0 and slowly raise it up message by message again because it follows what was done before.
