Elyos is actually the only place we never revisited yet. Unless you count Fates which had 3 paths and a Warriors title instead.

The only reason not to give Engage a follow up is precisely due to it flopping. Otherwise it’d be obvious.

I'm honestly surprised the ending of Engage went "If we leave this world, the Emblems stop working (ignore that Sombron's emblems still work). Oh wait, now they work again!" instead of just cutting off the Emblems, but then the REAL versions of each Emblem shows up, so Alear fights alongside the real Marth against Sombron. And because she knows what's going on, she has to lead them all in the fight.
Would have been a nice victory lap. You get Alear and all 12 other Emblems as playable units, then just get to go fucking crazy with them.
