In my experience the only ops you overlap as a carry are the FRDs/agents, Bagpipe, and shifters. You just want to keep Weedy if you're the carry mainly.

Weedy S3 for clean straight shots.
Eblana for diagonals or breaking the ball through walls.
Yu to move the ball or take out the enemy team.
Gladiia to also move the ball or do the retreat shift if you can get the timing down. It's hard.
Hoshi to sit on the goalie.
Surtr and Nearl to take out enemies.

Alternatives are Logos, Mlynar, SA, Wis for the large range nuking. More agents/FRDs. Blacknight/Kafka/Blemi to sleep the enemy team. GG/Lappalt for globally hitting the ball.

GG and Lapp to hit the ball from anywhere rather. Something to note about Lapp is that you shouldn't put her by barriers on your side or the wolves will get stuck on them and eat them.
Skadi S2 should be reasonable beginner/advanced, but expert filters pretty much all blockers, even Hoshi and Nian get shredded, so you have very little time to work with as you need to rely on shorter stall measures or nuking them outright. Nearl S2 works due to her initial stun and shields as well as Surtr due to not dying. AH in general are a consideration if you're bringing Gladiia, but it really puts you in the blocking enemy team role.

Yeah, Yato+Texas. Yato S3 is really important for the maps that spawn long line of enemies like AU snipers or stundarts. It's a good idea to top pick a few heavily contested ops just so you're more likely to pick Weedy if you know how to use her correctly. Most people don't.

The other pushers are usable and not bad for immediate pushing, but Weedy is far better due to her cannon. Place her 2 tiles away from ball with straight line to goal. Place cannon in between. Shoot S3 after a second right after the cannon shoots its first shot. This takes it straight to the goal the vast majority of the time and can be done instantly.

Vigil and Muelsyse are very solid. In IS beanstalk's pretty good and in general the instant s1 revive has value for wasting abilities.
In general Yato, agents, tacticians, beanstalk and so on pull bait duty. Yato, vigil, and mumu have 2+ block.
2-3 agents is usually a solid tech pick. Puzzle and/or chilchuck is pretty poggers parked behind Stainless s3 with a crab out if you're going sicko mode on DP spending but it has a high setup cost. At times depending on the event mechanic or structure being "bugged" and counting as "full hp" no matter what puzzle pukes out over twice of myrtle's dp gen. There's also a cool tradeoff between Cantabile s2 not being affected by losing a target vs ines and surfer who actually benefit from speed increases. Cantabile camo, ines invis and the lowered taunt modules help with late helidrops.
2 pioneers was pretty standard from early on with the 6*'s being better at killing and porn circus being decent at sitting there
Flagpipe's solid as always, texas pot simulator due to high initial sp, and zima can help cut down dp further slots willing.
Saileach has some edge on myrtle by being able to use the ranged heal over myrtle needing adjacent. She can use s3 for the stun-slow=fragile utility while still making decent dp. Not much anymore but Elysium had some time for invis reveal cope. Wanqing has weak AoE healing over Myrtle's ST healing
Fang2 and Bagpipi are still good in general. vigna has decent budget physical damage if you're willing to go hard. Reed's a little spotty but she isn't entirely walled out by def.
For stages with tight dp like EA-EX-5 you can just fling plume to trigger stuff or delay spreads then retreat for the full DP refund instead of 80% from refund executors or worse from others.
Wild Mane s2 is able to push juggle weight 3 or less enemies for the full duration preventing them from hitting.
