I imagine him having some sort of ability where stacked blood pools allow him to teleport to healing survivors' pools of blood so in order to counter him you'd have to take healing perks to do it fast enough, obviously he would be able to teleport faster once he stacks his ability. (still have to think on how would his stacking ability work)

Makes you invulnerable to pallets for a short period of time, you turn yourself into a pool of blood and allows you to bypass a fallen pallet, you also have decaying movespeed and any survivor that is within the Pool will be slowed by 20%.
