Hello guys, I started to play like 2 months ago, and I am not sure about some things, and I hope that someone could help me. I already finished all the episodes, labyrinth, Abyss i am on the way, most of the important connections ( Lorena, Fluri, Carrot, Hazel,...) are done. I have been watching Tristen Wulf videos, and trying to learn.

1- How is the most effective way to farm catalysts? Higher level episodes or lower level episodes? Also its worth to farm epic catalysts or normal and then buy the another one in the exchange shop ?

2- Molagora, as a beginner, i dont have most of the units that its necessary for pvp and pve. But i got lucky and summoned some good Pvp units, but molagora its a rare item inside of the game, should i focused in skill up units for pvp or its really necessary to skill up pve units? Like, I do normally hunts, rifts, i almost finished all the pve content, but sometimes in Abyss or now Otherworld hunts, its necessary to have some new units but I am not sure if its worth to spend molagoras or not. Also I have been thinking in maybe focused in skill up just skills that gives me cooldown reduction or effect percentage increment , Am i right?
Attack units or healers should I prioritize them or not?

3- What is the best way to farm artifacts charms?

Shes really good with lady of the scales

They really cooked with this game if you enjoy Slay the Spire or Darkest Dungeon.

Pros:

Challenging

Build potential and complexity is good

RNG in runs (items/cards/events/surprises in "normal" rooms)

Characters, visuals, sounds are amazing.

Gameplay is silky smooth.

"Despair" is in the game that might absolutely destroy your run because of very bad luck or bad decisions

Cons:

UI/Font elements are still bit of a mess in this test but they can relatively easily improve on it.

Story is mostly meh unless you are really into anime

Gacha system is brutal but with dupes even 4 stars can be really strong/synergistic for the 5 star characters you get. If you are good in similar games, the gacha isn't stopping you. (It's not like you always get the stuff you want in roguelites either...).

Gearing and upgrading characters to improve their cards is a gacha thing so you probably won't enjoy it that much but does bring another level of meta-progression to the game. Think of it like town in DD or roguelite elements in StS.

Overall the game feels really good and after some polishing it's definitely worth checking out if you dig roguelite deck-builders. Oh and it absolutely blows Morimens out of the water (for me).

Pretty good and f2p friendly as you'll never feel like you need to spend money to complete the pve content, it is grindy though.

We are getting a Frieren collab on the 25th so is one of the best time to start, just make sure you use the code "epicseventhankyouheirs" To reroll for a really good Dark/Light character (the code has a ticket for a random max rarity dark/light character), If you like the game make sure you join lucklets or an /e7g/ guild as fast as possible after you are done rerolling so you can participate in Ancient inheritance ( a pve guild mode with tons of really good rewards that is happening across the next 9 days and even really fresh accounts can participate and get all the rewards because of how it works (characters will basically be maxed in terms of stats when recruited in the mod and your power grows as you defeat monster in the mode like roguelite)

the turn based combat is good, but this game really shines if you are looking for a pvp turn based game. if not, then stay away, because the only thing to do in the end game is pvp (real time arena mainly, where you draft a team and play against a person in real-time). people will tell you that the game is f2p friendly, which is somewhat true. f2p players can easily get all the RGB 5*s and most of the ML 5*s over time. the thing is you need to gear these units. whales can farm much more than f2p units, which means that they will have better gear on average (this advantage diminishes with how long you play the game, because there is a soft-cap to how good your gear can get). yes, f2p can compete with the giga whales (6-7 figures spent on the game), but if you are starting now, don't expect to compete with them for 2-3 years at minimum, because you will need to get the units and the gear before you can stand a chance against the top players.

i dont know whats in the op but the optimal way to get pulls in this game is refreshing secret shop with skystones. gold is necessary for that so you want to look up the best gold farming stage which is a sidestory (you must not fully complete the sidestory unless you want to get bricked) otherwise enjoy the fun. its easy to get a bunch of units.
