F2Ps and low spenders don't have the roll economy to exclusively pull full meta teams on the first go around, in practice people will end up with bits and pieces of teams that they then puzzle together. Archetypal supports like Astra/Yuzuha/Lucia aren't meant to be permanently BiS everywhere, they're just extremely universal puzzle pieces that get you 90% of the way there.

This is what you're already looking at in hindsight. 9 months from now when Lucia is similarly T0.5 in a bunch of Rupture teams that now have their own niche dedicated supports, are you going to say she's a brick because she's only BiS for 2~ teams? Or is she still amazing because she's still better than every alternative in like 6 different teams while also still being BiS in the teams you personally decided to commit to back during her release. This is Astra today, it will happen to Yuzuha and Lucia too because it's by design that it does. "Just skip X support and get the better one" only works in hindsight. Astra isn't T0 literally-must-pull today (this is a made up guy, there is nobody saying this) but she's still extremely high value for any account who is playing anything shy of full premium factory-assembled meta teams.

I found Bringer much more annoying overall, the physical resist completely neutered primary other Disorder team at the time (Jane/Burnice). Playing Attackers into Bringer just felt ass, like 2x worse than playing Anomaly into Defiler.

Both are Anomaly-shill bosses but Butcher's at least kind enough to not outright stop you from playing Jane/Piper. Hugo also does decently into Butcher because you can just beat his ass so hard that he stays out of Etherized mode for multiple stuns in a row.
