The difference is that you have to actually watch the movies to see the gore. The skin itself is just a sort of creepy looking clown. Sexual skins on the other hand are intrinsically explicit; you can see the titties right there. It may seem silly but it kind of makes sense when you think about it. It's not though, that's exactly what he likes, and going by the best collabs in Fortnite they are better for everyone involved when they work with the copyright holders/creatives. Look at TMNT.
I think he's being stubborn, and if for some reason it's not him, he could absoluytely voice what his issues are on social media and get Timmy to come to the table as he absolutely would listen to anything a guy like Scott says on Social media since he lives there.
