I'd say that since you have lord hong lu I'd get Wu Adept Yi sang and Mao Adept Faust for the first picks really, to flesh out that specific team more
basically just all the heishou ids but those two are the better ones
family candidate ishmael is also in that team but she's not as strong as those two, but she does work well with both yi sang and hong lu's ids in those teams
after those it really depends on just what sort of team you'd want to build

MDs massively distort the results and are unreliable.
Other content can be cleared with basically anything because very few things roll or hit hard enough to matter. You could probably take fucking base Heath and still clear a lot of fights. Even shitty IDs like Sloshing Ishmael wouldn't hinder you enough to decide the fight.
The only non-0 ID that is genuinely bad is literally just Sunshower and only because introducing unbreakable coins completely broke him. If it weren't for him gaining Sinking, he'd still be viable.
