That means you always roll on the standard banner until you get a 5 star
After you get your 5 star, you star rolling on the special banner because it has pity at 50 pulls instead of 80.
You essentially save yourself potentially 30 pulls.

The two absolute worst things they aped from genshin has to be the battlepass being literal trash for everything except the partner select and the fucking randomised equipment sets/memory fragments.

Regardless of translation, the game has an identity crisis. Chaos events and tone feels completely reversed to the tone of the main story. Character design is 50/50 hardened mercenary/combat outfits and literal schoolchildren
The main story itself is rather generic and has no pull. The game feels confused with itself on if it's a bleak universe where humanity struggles to survive or a literal space paradise.

My Mika keeps gaining 3 stress at the beginning of a turn and I don't understand why. She always ends up building a shit ton of stress despite barely getting hit through shields.

no, when you're right about to start a chaos mission while choosing the characters, there is a little slider in the top right corner - i don't know if it's called a mindbreak mode or what, but it increases the difficulty while giving you more things/better events/chances of tentacle rape monsters to spawn that really fuck up your sanity but give amazing, purple-above-legendary items that are really strong

That's a good point. I think it's also important to note that it's literally impossible to judge a character based on their default save data/card setup. You just have no clue how far you can push a gimmick on them until you have a good chaos build. It's likely what led to every tier list having completely different rankings as well.

You gain stress every time you take any amount of damage and there are some additional monster skills that also add stress.
The game currently targets one of your combatants and pumps up their stress way more than any of the others. This is random and there's no way of changing it. Once your combatant mindbreaks and recovers the game will then randomly choose from the 3 again to go after with stress.

Anons have speculated this is to force mindbreaks at any level of chaos to keep it a relevant mechanic, or they are trying to avoid multiple mindbreaks in a single battle from multiple members.

havent been able to install the game for like 3 days because it comes out the installer missing a dll, it looks in your other PATH folders for it, and if it happens to find a 64bit version instead of 32bit the whole shit just doesn't start ever. the logs in temp or event viewer dont say shit you have to get a third party program to monitor processes and registry shit to find and remove the path to the wrong dll from your path.

Schizo cards do not belong to any of the characters. You can click on your deck, and you will see they are in a separate category. There's nothing to save.
