It's not a super hard matchup but I don't think it's shaco favored. She can ignore boxes with her W and it can make AP Shaco's life hard for dispatching important carries. She builds zhonyas 100% of the time which is enough to let her survive AD Shaco long enough to cast ult -> Q and kill you unless you do some fancy clone shenanigans, and obviously she will find out the real one in the process.
