Heal creep is the real problem with WB design. Aggressive decks keep ramping up damage while defensive decks keep increasing their healing and then decks that can't either burst 12 from hand or heal 30 over a game just can't play. They strong armed the game into a 10 turn meta

If you really cannot play the game you could just buy the more expensive pass with 20 levels included. It's cheaper than buying the pass and then buying 20 levels separately but that's if you can burn money and literally can't play a lot

I've been testing it. Short answer no.

Long answer, the strategy is coherent but card quality simply isn't good enough. A lot of amulets are bad on their own but you run them anyways because you need to enable your strategy. Rodeo has hit critical mass and his swing turn is insane but he isn't a real wincon and so much of your decks power is tied to him.
