I think the biggest issues to PM making a 2nd studio are probably hiring leadership and writers for said studio, some of these problems are likely
#1 getting people that can meet Directors expectations of Quality
#2 getting el director to trust others with his stuff again, because it seems that every time he's tried PM gets fucked over so he's probably like hyper paranoid by now
#3 a usual solution in corporate places is take a already existing high quality person(say somone on the existing writing team) and make them the lead on the new studio, issue is there's a possibility that no one in the PM writing team wants to or is capable of leadership with how micro KJH is
