mashing parry out of hook combo is pretty much the best course of action that early in the game, the uppercut locks you out of most anything else. Similarly, tapping a light melee as bebop after the uppercut is usually free damage. It's just a 50/50 same as any other melee interaction.

Fire rate is always superior to weapon damage because of procs. Reducing enemy bullet resist reduction is good if they have bullet resist, less so if they don't

Alright, I think I'm done with this game. At least I won't play without some frens, Solo Q is miserable. But the real reason is doornigger, it's just not fun. If he's a complete imbecile carried to a higher rank by the hero he will still have a huge impact, fights late game only last a few seconds and his ult guarantees someone stays out of it for just that long. And if he is not braindead it will always be 6v5, every fight is -1. Mohammed at least stays still like a cone to be shot and can be stunned, there is exactly zero counterplay to doornigger. Easily the most OP broken character released in any game for the past years. All his skills are absurdly strong.

Mirage has a built in bullet resist reduction so I’ve been getting spirit rend over crippling headshot. Is this item still not good even in this scenario?

I don't play her so I could be completely wrong but her shock grenade makes you take increased damage from her per stack so if you were ulting somebody and stuck in place on top of the grenade she might have just had a ton of damage amp on you

It's still correct. I don't care how bad the nerfs are, he's still getting >40% headshot rate, which is still more DPS than every other hero despite the "nerf" because it's still a 175% damage buff nearly half the time when most heroes get 200% not even a quarter of the time and with far more effort required. So either they nuke the damage further or they fix the projectile so it's not the size of a football field.

Usually multiple enemies equal or higher in farm with worthless feeding teammates, or I get stuck defending because teammates would just let entire lanes die otherwise. Or they just refuse to fight with me for some reason (love when my ult pops and teammates all run instead of playing with it.) Some of them were winnable and just came down to last minute turnarounds though yeah.
When you’re the only fed one and are easy to counter build AND your playstyle consists of running in their face you tend to fall apart even being Victor. There's only so much you can do sometimes.

Pretty much, yes. Once you get your lifestrike/spirit snatch you get a absurd powerspike, I usually rush those items instead of lane defensive shit mostly unless I get lane terrorists (I,E Mina/Doorman).
Be willing to buy defensive counter-tiems in the late game, a spellbreaker or a plated armor can make you insufferable if the enemy comp is one-sided to one kind of damage.

Dragon is too difficult to land on anybody who's paying attention because of its doubled windup animation. Splitshot is better than velocity because it gives you an alternative for damage in a team fight besides just wiffing your dragon again for the umpteenth time. Plus it improves your farm speed. As far as building support goes, having a backup shield for when your 2 is on cooldown is nifty, and vortext/knockdown make your 3 significantly stronger. You're already hanging back by default so rescue beam is also strong, but otherwise you don't really need heals.

And here’s my actual build. Early Game is built left->right with Healing Rite being very optional, and Reactive, Spirit Shielding, or Healbane (one of, depending on need) sitting around extra charge/monster rounds. Then Mid, L->R. Then late game is very flexible.
