Unironically make a character on Elune and get them to max. The pve dailies there net you 6000 runes each and you get 12 per a day. Leveling there is easy and if you get into a mana storm group with Aura that doesn't disband too fast you'll be 70 within hours

Is there any point to these items you find in the open world if people are just using heirlooms set all the way to the level cap? Why explore then? Guessing heirlooms gear is better ? I understand the main draw of this server were these items you find along the way?

1)They are not strictly better than WF or crafted gear and in fact can often be worse. The main reason people use them is both the convienence of not needing to constantly upgrade gear and also because some of the pieces give you a % increase of xp for both quests and mobs (totalling around 70% increase give or take)
2)Heirlooms are not available to people until they've gotten at least one character to 60 unless they've changed this recently. The people you see walking around with them are people who've already gotten to max at least once.

It's possible but you only get around a 50% xp boost upon prestiging and on this server it takes a bit to level. In terms of raw efficiency Elune is probably the better pick unless you're a pally who can just grind up 2-3k gold to get a full set on the auction house here.

Funnily enough, I'm 60. I did Shadow from 40-60 in BGs and wPvP and I felt quite strong (outside of fighting enh shamans) but the moment I dinged 60 it felt like I became retarded or the game got significantly harder for some reason. Pic related are the MEs I'm running atm.
As Disc I do feel a LOT stronger in terms of keeping myself and others alive, but whenever I wanna go DPS I feel like I'm just not cut out for it in PvP at 60, just kinda get smacked around in most 1v1s.

I just realized most tanks are super fucking trash who do not know how to use their CDs
I always feel like palaheal is extremely hard because all I have is healing, my only mitigation tool of worth is Hand of Sacrifice, and more often than not tanks are always trying to pull big but end up dying faster than I can heal them
As a Disc however I've never had this issue because of all the bullshit built-in mitigation tools I have access to, which acts as a perfect crutch for bad tanks never using their own fucking CDs when they should
It's tragic because I enjoy palahealing more, while disc just feels boring, but I just can't stand anymore wiping to the dumbest shit when palahealing because sacrifice / holy shock is on cooldown and the tank dies faster than I can cast a flash heal

Tanks being bad on this server or any private server should no be some kind of epiphany moment. Almost everyone who plays on these types of servers have little to no understanding of how class interactions work hence why you have tanks pulling regardless of healers mana, dps insta pumping without giving tank a second to get threat and refuse to los as well or healers that use a hot just before a pull then get surprised half the mobs ran up to them and bonked them (very common habit of druids in my experience)
