I think having the same dude write the lyrics for all 3 of her singles really paid off since he really understood how her character progressed. Each of her singles are a good reflection of her current state. It's such an insane move to make the 2nd single a pure vocal track instead of being a dance focused one like Tame lie one step. It only worked out because of how good of a singer her VA is.

It also plays into the advice that Peachy tells her to never stay the same so fans will never know what to expect. So they never take their attention off of her. I love Kiyoka too much.

I would say Saki in Ume's route since even with Rinba training magic she's hardcapped at zako pro idol. Despite what some people here will say SC doesn't really have a clear "second banana" unit in the same way as something like UNICUS or Begrazia. For MOIW 2023 they used Toru as the secondary SC representative and right now a lot of the narrative is focused on Cometik so there's not a consistent answer

Haruki's the one who made cometik formed which is true since she's the one who pushed for it's formation. But Haruki is way too considerate considering she's the type of person that was thinking too much. Like on the Cometik Episode, when Haruki wanted to ask Luca about their dance, she couldn't send the video to Luca because she's scared that it Luca wouldn't like it only for Hana to send it to Luca soon enough. Haruki admired Luca, but she doesn't have the guts to intrude on Luca's personal space contrary to how Hana acted toward Luca.

I like the idea of a Fuyuko vs Hana conflict a lot because it's such a natural one that calls back to both of their character arcs but I'm still super disappointed that the girls that served as the intro to the units won't be the centers. It'd be such a great change of pace to see how Tenka or Hinana manned units. We know exactly how Fuyuko and Hana will react to each other already because both of them have had these conflicts already with other characters.

I just finished reading the entire thing and it's much more disappointing than what you said because it's just a Fuyuko P-card commu disguised as a shuffle unit event. There was barely any conflict or anything, it was just 99% Fuyu being Fuyu then 1% of the other girls being cute. The only good thing I could say about it was it at least did a good job in showcasing each idol's personality quite accurately in less than 3 lines. There was literally no reason at all to market the unit with Tenka because she had maybe a total of 6 lines in the entire thing. From the way they presented it from Rasen, I though that Tenka would be at least be a good neutral player like she was in the infamous Momoiro, but lol, lmao.

Not that I was expecting a lot from SfP in the first place, but what a waste of an opportunity since there already had some event stories that could pass off as enza mini-scenarios in quality. If this will be the direction of the next units then I imagine I'll just be increasingly disappointed with each one. I'll just look forward to the new songs.

Newcomers do not need to familiarise any of the existing unit to understand what is going on. And just like what you have said, the event spends some time reintroducing the existing idols. -Plot is pure slice of life: Lilja runs out of pocket money so Sumika teaches her how to have fun cheaply. They have a picnic, go window shopping for clothes, make up, and anime, and then do their homework at night
-Sumika finds it funny that she, a Japanese person, was introduced to anime and games by a Swede.
>Her father can't cook and leaves it to her mother, who has never left Sweden
-This comes up because Lilja's dad was just like Sumika when she was in Sweden. They both miss Japanese food
-Sumika was familiar with Swedish Meatballs/Kottbullar and finds it just as nostalgic as Lilja does
-Sumika wants to go tour Sweden with Lilja since she was all ballet when she was there. Lilja is concerned that Sumika might have trauma towards Sweden due to the injury, but Sumika says that it was still the most fun she had in her life since she met Lilja there.
-Sumika even says that even if she gets a redo of her life, she'll still go to Sweden knowing what would happen. It's that important to meet Lilja. Lilja says that they're destined to meet each other.
-Lilja says some cool lines ("I won't decide between dreams and hobbies. I'll be selfish and choose both! I won't make realistic decisions! After all, I'm not yet an adult!) but Sumika says that she's just quoting anime. Lilja shamefully admits it ("Tsumugi-chan S2E18...")
-The dreams and friends talk was part of their homework answering questions ("Who is your best friend/What do you like about them?" and "Aside from being an idol, what's your dream?")
