So no, he can't put his arms to the side. In fact, bodybuilding so your musculature is sculpted to an "attractive" shape is pretty impractical.
You'll see that actual powerlifters look a lot more square, their bodies are built to support themselves when they lift a fuckton of weight over their heads. It's not as attractive as bodybuilding but it's actually practical.
However it's not recommended to pursue either as both can lead to potential chronic health risks. Just build muscle normally and eat as much nutrients as your body needs.

Does anyone else get this very powerful emotional and traumatic response to the forgotten man tracks? Specifically, the tracks from chapter 1&2 and 4. To elaborate, I basically wanted to create a kind of Yume Nikki exploration based experience, though maybe if I got good enough at modding I could expand it to have battles.

It'd begin as an alternative universe to Deltarune, just another instance of the prophecy playing out, but for reasons I don't want to spoil, the soul is separated from the cage and the game is primarily the soul wandering around The Bunker and other depths of darkness. You would find various temporary puppets or robots to act as a cage, but none would last long. Kind of like a creepy atmosphere focused, bottom up view of the Deltarune world that is doomed to end; It'll be presented sort of like a Majora's Mask scenario with the twist that there is actually no way to get a "good ending" and the world is doomed regardless because of the severed state of the prophecy.

To be fair, you'd only figure this out if you went through the effort of investigating the filenames associated with the boss, which most people aren't gonna do. To make conversation easier, I usually just use "ERAM" or "The Mantle Holder" since that's what most people are familiar with. I really tried to get the Nightmare train rolling back when Ch3 dropped, same with calling Weird Route the "B-Side" (which then turned into trying to convince them it was Weird Route instead of Snowgrave when the latter became far more popular than the other variations.)
At the end of the day, you kinda just have to accept that it's not about being as fully accurate as possible, but rather communicating properly. I only ever bring up that it's internally called "Nightmare" when it's relevant to a theory, but otherwise it's easier to just go with the common OST name or the vague "Mantle Holder."

That specific sentence was a nod to how bullshit and cryptic the old Zeldas were. Hometown is pretty weird in general but from what I know a hamlet is a village that simply doesn't have a church. Undyne finds it weird how there's no bank and the entire town is almost certainly a settlement town that was rapidly established like those old mining towns in 19th century USA. It's hinted that the Holidays originally came from somewhere else (snowy) and if they have a family history with the Dreemurrs then you could extrapolate the same history for them, too. About half of the town is "new" and the traffic is almost certainly not local but is probably because the town is built on a road network for more established towns/cities (probably why they can function without a bank). The question is: why was Hometown established? Mining resources?

There are three instances of "people" in the entire game. If you're referring monsters, then they're all fairly normal in terms of quirky vidya characters besides the lesbian shit, which is widely unpopular outside of specific internet niches. I've yet to talk to a person who genuinely likes alphys x undyne or susie x noelle.
