I honestly cannot imagine not doing so. There is only so much disgusting pornography and general retardation that I can take and it is a far better use of my time to spend the few seconds required to filter IDs than to try and sift through a gigantic pile of shit.

It's really no effort to ID spoof either. When /bant/ was first a thing I messed around with it there and it only ever took like 2 minutes to force a new ID. People would just spoof to samefag anyway.
