Azur Lane isn't that sort of game. Getting girls in this game is a matter of "when" instead of "if". Collab girls are the exception since you're definitely on a timer and that's not a great prospect for beginners to try an get who they want. SSR rates are pretty high in this game so your shot might be better than other games but there's no real legitimate way to reroll other than just throwing the cubes they throw at you as a beginner to get Ryza.
To be honest, I started the month AL came out and since then they've added a ton of QoL boosts for beginner accounts in terms of rewards so you might have a better time as a beginner accruing resources than before.

Where was this retard? He should have been concerned back when manjuu revealed that instead of working on AL successor they were just making another genshin clone. It's obvious that the reason why AL still didn't receive OpSi expansion or why 3D dorm has so few girls or why so many can't get new skins or retrofits is because yellow chicken is siphoning all recources and therefore content on pokemon impact while AL lives off scraps.
That said, even despite all that AL is still making decent money, so manjuu will keep it alive so they can still have some income in case new game flops. There's no way they'll pull a plug on a profitable game, that's also probably much cheaper to maintain than any 3D one, you'd have to be gigaretad to do that.
